Project Lead / Scrum Master @ Unikrew Productions

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery
• Drive Agile ceremonies & team performance
• Partner with Product Owners & stakeholders
• Remove blockers, improve flow, and keep delivery on track
• Turn data & metrics into action
• You Should Have:
• Mid–Senior Level
• Project Management certifications are a plus (CSM, PSM, PMP, etc.)
   

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management principles.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
