GE Solucions is looking for a Project Coordinator who has good experience in managing Creative Marketing projects, the individual has to ensure that projects are aligned with brand objectives, and making sure that deliverables are met within deadlines.
Job Description:
• Initiate project plan and work closely with the team to design appropriate solutions, and configure systems and support.
• Provide strategic support to the Executive Director and liaise with the project team.
• Identify problems and opportunities to improve critical operational metrics and propose project ideas/solutions.
• Support the team with managing and updating content for the website and social media.
• Analyze project outcome & impact, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare progress reports and workflow documents for the projects with rigorous follow-up.
• Should be able to manage International Ecommerce Stores & Websites
Job Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience, working as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or similar Project Lead roles.
• Excellent Communication and Negotiations Skills.
• Experience working with Marketing and Technical teams with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with majors in Marketing is preferred
• Knowledge about Shopify, Magento and Other eCommerce Marketplaces will be a plus
