Overview: About AKCS-P:
The Project Architect will report to the Manager of the project at AKCS-P. The Project Architect will report to the Manager of the project at AKCP-P. This role involves carrying out the project documentation in coordination with the survey team, preparation of architectural design proposals, presentations, site coordination and drawings. All ensuring adherence to organizations policy wise and procedures. The project involves the restoration and adaptive reuse of a colonial structure with in a heritage guest house, along with the development of a new residential block featuring a full-fledged luxury hostel facility, therefore Preference will be give to candidates with experience in both heritage conservation and hospitality sector design.
