Job Summary

You will be expected to:

•    work as a member of the development team to meet project deadlines
•    self-learn and apply new tools, to provide good solutions to meet project requirements 
•    collaborate with development and design teams to create new features and improve the user experience 
•    collaboratively work as part of an agile team on leading-edge technologies.
•    get a thorough understanding of current processes and provide automation and digitization
•    collect, manipulate, pre-process and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources and present insights using different visualization tools
•    prototype experimental solutions, particularly machine learning models
•    support extraction and management, data wrangling, analysis, and interpretation of complicated, disparate datasets
•    develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization
•    use machine learning and artificial intelligence to analyze healthcare data; understand cohorts of patients, based on the combination of health conditions and demographics, and improve outcomes

Required Skills

You should have:

•    a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
•    at least two years of relevant work experience as Software developer
•    excellent problem-solving and Analytical skill
•    strong communication and presentation skills; Experience presenting insights to technical and non-technical colleagues.
•    excellent scripting and programming skills; Proficiency with any of the tools will be plus (Java, Android, R, STATA, Python, Power BI, VS Code)
•    sound knowledge of developing machine learning models, including familiarity with techniques in clustering, classification, regression, optimization, recommendation, natural language processing, and others
•    understanding of data and analytical frameworks in health care industry
•    skills in data collection, management, analysis, and interpretation
•    BI, DWH working knowledge will be an advantage
•    the ability to articulate research questions, form hypotheses, review and synthesize existing literature
•    the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization
•    the ability to cope with multiple tasks with minimum guidance.
