Coordinating with National, Regional and Local Council and SWB and other Boards, as per need, to provide the required support to the Afghan Jamat.
Documenting the needs of each family, developing family folders and a plan by allocating funds required to meet the need
Work with volunteers / Council team in identifying housing, schools and job opportunities
Work with the Afghan families on day to day basis; act as first responder when a new family arrives;
Any other task deemed necessary to stabilize the family.
Work in close coordination with the Boards to implement strategies, plans, and programs.
Lead, supervise, and implement different activities related to skill development training, the English language, data collection drives, and provide updated status to the relevant stallholders
Work closely with EPB and EB Teams in order to implement interventions at regional and local levels and ensure data recording and inundation
Build relationships with employers, institutes, organizations, and affluent members of society who could assist in implementing activities
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors degree
Minimum 2 year experience
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Strong understanding of financial management concepts
