Job Summary

This position will work along with the Head of Operations, SWB. The main responsibilities will include:

  • Looking after the overall operations of the program
  • Ensuring the employees working within the system are functioning as expected
  • Timely reporting to National Council, Social Welfare Board, GRB and Southern & Central Region’s Councils
  • Ensuring the sub-offices are working efficiently and uniformity of support is maintained amongst all offices
  • Coordinate with NC’s Finance Team, Regional Finance Officer(s) of Southern and Central Region and GRB for timely allocation of funds, periodical reconciliations of funds received and spent and ensuring that proper records are maintained against the support provided to the Afghan murids.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
  • Proven experience in program management.
  • Fluency in a second language preferably Persian
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of project management.
