Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement program plans for the Vocational Training Program, Education Scholarship Program, and Micro Business Loan Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adaptable to regional contexts.
  • Conduct field research and data collection for program monitoring and evaluation.
  • Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on program progress and impact, highlighting regional variations and best practices.
  • Coordinate program activities with stakeholders, including EPB members, regional directors, council members, community members, government agencies, and partner organizations, across all regions.
  •  Effective communication and collaboration across regional teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on program outcomes, trends analysis for highlighting the national impact of the programs.

Required Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, Economics, Development Studies, or Public Health.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in program management, research, monitoring, and report writing, preferably with experience in managing programs across multiple regions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong command of database management and statistical analysis software (SPSS, STATA).

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Urdu.
