Implement program plans for the Vocational Training Program, Education Scholarship Program, and Micro Business Loan Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adaptable to regional contexts.
Conduct field research and data collection for program monitoring and evaluation.
Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on program progress and impact, highlighting regional variations and best practices.
Coordinate program activities with stakeholders, including EPB members, regional directors, council members, community members, government agencies, and partner organizations, across all regions.
Effective communication and collaboration across regional teams.
Prepare and deliver presentations on program outcomes, trends analysis for highlighting the national impact of the programs.
Required Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, Economics, Development Studies, or Public Health.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in program management, research, monitoring, and report writing, preferably with experience in managing programs across multiple regions.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong command of database management and statistical analysis software (SPSS, STATA).
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English.
Fluent in Urdu.
