Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards.

  • Plan and organize kitchen tasks to ensure timely preparation of dishes.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations at all times.

  • Monitor food inventory, store ingredients properly, and assist in ordering supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements to recipes when required.

  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff or assistants as needed.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role.

  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
