Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The Principal of the Aga Khan Higher Secondary School will be responsible for providing leadership, developing goals and objectives for the school, and preparing strategies and programmes to achieve these goals and objectives.
  • S/he will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of education in the institution as well as for developing an open and conducive learning environment, supervising and supporting the professional development of the faculty, and managing and maintaining student discipline.
  • Conduct sessions for improving the faculty's professionalism and contributing in teaching/ learning.        

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in any discipline
  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational management at an institution of good repute.
  • The individual should have effective communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and proven experience working with parents and the community are desirable.
