We are inviting applications for the position of "Principal" for our schools based in Malir, Karachi.
The incumbent would be part of the Senior Management Team, and would be responsible to foster a healthy learning environment for the school community including students, teachers, parents and support staff.
H/She will be responsible to oversee the educational endeavors and operations; set performance goals for students and teachers and implement processes for the attainment of those goals; provide guidance and support to the direct reports; research new resources and techniques to improve teaching and learning processes; create a safe learning environment and review, implement and monitor school policies and safety protocols; manage school logistics and budgets; present school performance data to the Board; supervise school events and assemblies.
Required Skills· An advance university degree in Education from a reputable university. A relevant MBA would be an added advantage.
· At least 5 years experience in a similar role, with at least 4 years of classroom teaching experience.
