Education Trust Nasra School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead one of its campuses. The ideal candidate will be a visionary academic leader with a strong commitment to high-quality education, effective school management, and community engagement.

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the school’s strategic and academic plans in line with Education Trust Nasra School’s mission and vision.
• Ensure academic excellence through curriculum oversight, performance monitoring, and teacher development.
• Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor teaching and administrative staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
• Oversee school operations, budgeting, and resource management to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Act as a key liaison with parents, community members, and educational stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all educational policies, laws, and accreditation requirements.
