Job Summary

Aga Khan Education Services Pakistan is seeking qualified professionals for the positions of English, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, Learning Technology Facilitator, Urdu, Islamiat, and Homeroom Teachers for Grades I and II.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in assigned subject(s)

• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment
• Assess and monitor students’ academic progress regularly
• Implement activity-based and interactive teaching methodologies
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior
• Integrate technology into teaching and learning (especially for Learning Technology role)
• Perform homeroom duties, including student guidance and classroom management
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
• Final recruitment will depend on the availability of positions in each category.
• AKES, Pakistan reserves the right to reject applications or cancel positions without providing any reasons.
• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in the relevant subject/content.
• Negative marking of 0.25 will apply for each incorrect answer in the CBT.

Positions are available in Karimabad, Kharadar, and Garden.

Shifts are available in both morning and evening.
