Job Summary

Aga Khan Education Service is seeking qualified candidates for the position of English, Urdu, and Mathematics Teacher for Pre-Primary level.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in English, Urdu, and Mathematics

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods to enhance learning
• Support students’ social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly
• Maintain classroom discipline with a positive approach
• Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field (Early Childhood Education preferred)
• 1–2 years of teaching experience (preferably at pre-primary level)
• Strong command of English and Urdu
• Basic knowledge of Mathematics teaching for early learners
• Final recruitment will depend on the availability of positions in each category.
• AKES, Pakistan reserves the right to reject applications or cancel positions without providing any reasons.
• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in the relevant subject/content.
• Negative marking of 0.25 will apply for each incorrect answer in the CBT.

​Positions are available in Karimabad, Kharadar, and Garden.

Shifts are available in both morning and evening.
