Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Physics Teacher to teach Class 9 and 10 students in accordance with the Matriculation Board curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching techniques, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and concept-based Physics lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the syllabus.
Prepare students for board exams, including past paper practice and exam techniques.
Conduct laboratory experiments and practicals as per the board guidelines.
Use teaching aids and multimedia tools to enhance learning.
Maintain student records including performance, assessments, and progress reports.
Provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills in students.
Participate in staff meetings, training workshops, and school events.
Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related field.
B.Ed. or teaching certification is preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience at secondary level (Class 9 & 10).
Strong knowledge of Physics concepts and board exam structure (Sindh Board / Federal Board).
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in using digital tools and simulations in science teaching.
Ability to inspire students and make learning interactive.
Familiarity with safety procedures and lab equipment handling.
