Physical Education Teacher having at least one year of experience of handling different sports activities in a school.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver physical education lessons that align with the school curriculum and national standards.
Teach a variety of sports, games, and physical activities to students of different age groups and skill levels.
Promote a healthy, active lifestyle and encourage lifelong fitness habits.
Assess student performance and provide feedback on physical progress and participation.
Organize and supervise sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all physical activities.
Maintain and inspect equipment and facilities used in PE classes.
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field.
Teaching certification or license as required by the local education authority.
Experience:
Previous teaching experience in a school setting is preferred.
Experience coaching or leading sports teams is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of physical education principles, sports, and fitness techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or required depending on location).
