PCBA Engineer – Remote

Ronal Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented PCBA Engineer to manage end-to-end material coordination for PCB Assembly projects. The role involves quotation preparation, BOM verification, component procurement, inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Review customer BOMs and AVL lists, prepare RFQs, and coordinate quotations with global component suppliers.
- Compare pricing, lead times, MOQ, and component availability to optimize procurement decisions.
- Verify part numbers, manufacturer details, packaging types, date codes, and RoHS/REACH compliance.
- Conduct incoming material audits to ensure quantity accuracy and component authenticity.
- Coordinate procurement schedules to meet production timelines.
- Manage material shortages, alternate components, EOL parts, and supply chain risks.
- Arrange shipment consolidation and prepare complete assembly kits for production.
- - Coordinate international logistics, customs documentation, and shipment tracking.
- - Maintain procurement records, vendor communications, and project status updates.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in PCB fabrication and PCBA manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly documentation, X-Y placement files, BOM (Bill of Materials), and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
