Monitor payment processing activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
Provide support to customers and merchants regarding payment-related inquiries, disputes, and transaction issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize payment processing systems and procedures.
Conduct regular reconciliations of payment transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare financial statements and reconcile accounts as needed.
Maintain accurate records of merchant transactions and account details.
