Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain merchant accounts, particularly PayPal, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor payment processing activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to customers and merchants regarding payment-related inquiries, disputes, and transaction issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize payment processing systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of payment transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare financial statements and reconcile accounts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of merchant transactions and account details.
