Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To act as a liaison between patients, families and the hospital.
  • Communicate patients queries, concern and issues to the relevant person/departments, follow ups and facilities solutions as needed.
  • Providing information to patients/families about polices, procedures, rights, and applicable regulations.
  • Ensure that all patients/visitors daily complaints/problems are timely registered/analyzed and resolved.
  • Preparing month/quarterly statistical reports.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Minimum Graduate preferably Master's Degree
  • Experiences in patient dealing & knowledge of Medical terminology will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills(verbal & Written), effective Listening. Counselling and Computer skills.
