Job Summary

Ronal Solutions, a dynamic legal services firm based in Pakistan serving UK law firms, is looking for dedicated paralegals to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on international legal cases and enhance your skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys
• Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
• Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions and pleadings
• Preparing and filing documents with courts
• Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
• Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes

 

Required Skills

Requirements:

• Law degree or relevant qualification.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Minimum 1 year experienced.
