Job Description
A leading Paints Company is urgently looking for a PA to Director for its office in Lahore.

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director. The ideal candidate should have experience in import/export operations, strong communication skills, and a general understanding of computer systems and emails.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in daily administrative tasks and business operations.

  • Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage emails, schedules, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Ensure smooth communication within the organization and with external contacts.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information professionally.

Required Skills

Requirements:

  • Experience in import/export operations is a must.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and emails.
  • Ability to multitask and handle work efficiently under pressure.
