Outreach Associate

Job Summary

TCF is looking for a suitable candidate against the position of Outreach Associate. 

Job Description:

•  Conduct different types of calls for TCF(solicitation calls to due and lapsed donors, thank you calls to active donors, etc.) as necessary.
•  Solicit donations for the organization using appropriate selling techniques.
•  Update donor database (e.g., address, phone number, and comment information),.
•  Ensure that proper scripting and donation ask levels are used to maximize donations.
•  Work with Retail and Products team to test scripting, ask levels, targeting, and other elements to improve overall solicitation and communication techniques and to maximize productivity.
•  Work with the Retail Team to assist with specialized fundraising and event campaigns.
•  Refer calls to appropriate departments as needed and provide donor/prospect feedback to management.
•  Achieve fundraising goals and ensure that other objectives and metrics are met.
•  Adhere to call center regulations regarding attendance, timeliness, break time, conduct, procedures, and other rules.
•  Participate in trainings, meetings, and events as required.
•  Maintain appropriate and necessary communication with all staff.

• Able to learn and use Donor Relation Management software.
