Role and Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Closing Deals: The ultimate goal is to sell the company's products or services and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and services with clients to finalize sales.
  • Product Demonstration: Conducting in-person presentations and providing hands-on explanations of products or services.

 Territory and Client Management

  • Travel and Meetings: Traveling within an assigned geographic territory to meet with potential and existing clients at their businesses, homes, or at industry events.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Actively researching, identifying, and reaching out to new potential customers (prospects) through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Account Management: Maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.

Strategy and Research

  • Developing a Sales Strategy: Creating and executing a strategic sales plan for their assigned territory to maximize business opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitors' activities, new product launches, and general market conditions to understand customer needs and position the company's offerings effectively.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Evaluating the specific requirements and challenges of each prospect to tailor a customized solution.
