Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational tasks.

  • Ensure smooth execution of company processes and workflow.

  • Monitor project progress and update senior management regularly.

  • Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.

  • Coordinate between departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Admin.

  • Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies.

  • Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Handle client queries and provide timely solutions.

  • Support team members with administrative and operational tasks.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Ensure deadlines are met for all assigned tasks and projects.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • 1+ year experience in operations/client handling
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
