Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal departments and external clients, facilitating effective communication and resolution of queries.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
