We are looking for a highly organized and focused Documentation & Operations Executive to support our daily business activities. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in accuracy, can navigate tight deadlines under pressure, and possesses a solid command of Microsoft Excel. Role and Responsibilities

Documentation Management

  • Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital filing systems.
  • Ensure all company documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.
  • Review incoming and outgoing documentation for errors and compliance with company standards.

Operational Support

  • Assist the management team with daily operational tasks and coordination.
  • Handle data entry tasks with high speed and precision.
  • Track project timelines and ensure necessary paperwork is completed before deadlines.

Data Reporting (Excel)

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking.
  • Use basic Excel functions (Sorting, Filtering, Sum) to prepare weekly reports.
  • Format documents to ensure they are professional and presentable

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field

  • Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience (depending on officer or senior officer level)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational systems

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
