As we continue to expand our real estate portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Officer – Sales & Marketing to support revenue growth initiatives and strengthen market presence for our flagship developments.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, target-oriented, and capable of executing marketing and sales strategies to achieve measurable results.
Role Overview
The Officer – Marketing & Sales will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, drive sales activities, manage customer relationships, and contribute to achieving booking and revenue targets. The role requires strong coordination skills, market awareness, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
Role and Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Lead Management
Marketing Execution
Support the implementation of approved marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground).
Customer Handling & Relationship Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer queries and follow-ups.
Market Support & Reporting
Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing and project offerings.
External Representation
Represent AKICT at exhibitions, property expos, and marketing events as assigned.
