As we continue to expand our real estate portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Officer – Sales & Marketing to support revenue growth initiatives and strengthen market presence for our flagship developments.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, target-oriented, and capable of executing marketing and sales strategies to achieve measurable results.

 

Role Overview

The Officer – Marketing & Sales will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, drive sales activities, manage customer relationships, and contribute to achieving booking and revenue targets. The role requires strong coordination skills, market awareness, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Lead Management

  • Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads to achieve assigned booking targets.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure timely documentation and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in processing booking forms and customer documentation.

Marketing Execution

  • Support the implementation of approved marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground).

  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and advertising agencies for timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist in managing social media updates, website content, and online lead responses.
  • Support event planning for project launches, open houses, and exhibitions.

Customer Handling & Relationship Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer queries and follow-ups.

  • Provide accurate project information and maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.

Market Support & Reporting

  • Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing and project offerings.

  • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates for management review.
  • Monitor inventory status and assist in tracking sales performance against targets.

External Representation

  • Represent AKICT at exhibitions, property expos, and marketing events as assigned.

  • Support relationship building with brokers and channel partners.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Gradate/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing and sales
  • Experience in real estate developments, banking, content creation or related fields will be preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the property market and investor dynamics.
