We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will manage communications, maintain records, coordinate schedules, and provide general administrative assistance to staff and management.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic)
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoices, expense tracking, etc.)
Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
