Role and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation
Maintain records, files, and reports
Coordinate with staff and management
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Manage office supplies and logistics
Assist management in planning and reporting
Merchandising:
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for orders and deliveries
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on shipments
Maintain product records and pricing details
Support sales and production teams
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience in office management and merchandising (preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
