Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation

  • Maintain records, files, and reports

  • Coordinate with staff and management

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls

  • Manage office supplies and logistics

  • Assist management in planning and reporting

Merchandising:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for orders and deliveries

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on shipments

  • Maintain product records and pricing details

  • Support sales and production teams

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Experience in office management and merchandising (preferred)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
