A Non Profit NGO is seeking a Female Office Manager to join our team.

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and a well-organized work environment. This role involves managing office supplies, supervising administrative staff, coordinating with departments, and supporting management in maintaining efficient business operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.

  • Supervise and support administrative staff, delegating tasks as needed.

  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.

  • Organize meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence.

  • Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment, and IT support when required.

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Punctual, Passionate, Energy Driven
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
