Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and effective implementation.
Prepare and maintain project work plans, progress schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and identify potential delays or implementation risks.
Review and manage architectural, structural, MEP, shop drawings, and other technical documents.
Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, technical submissions, and project documentation.
Prepare technical correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and other project-related documentation.
Ensure proper document control, filing, archiving, and record management throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the preparation of tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and bid evaluation reports.
Review contractor submissions, work schedules, method statements, material approvals, and technical submittals.
Assist in contract administration and monitor compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
Collect and analyze project progress data from sites and prepare periodic progress reports.
Monitor key project performance indicators including cost, quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Identify project risks, issues, and constraints, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Verify site quantities and review contractor invoices, interim payment certificates, and variation claims.
Support cost estimation, budget monitoring, financial tracking, and project cost control activities.
Coordinate the implementation of quality standards, specifications, inspections, and corrective actions.
Support compliance with health, safety, environmental, safeguarding, and organizational requirements.
Manage project correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and other contractual and technical records.
Maintain complete and accurate project files to ensure transparency, accountability, and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with valid PEC registration required.
The candidate should have 5–7 years of relevant experience in building construction, rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects, preferably with exposure to educational or donor-funded projects.
Proven experience in project planning, technical documentation, and contract administration is essential.
The role requires sound knowledge of construction methodologies, FIDIC conditions of contract, AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera P6, and MS Office applications, along with strong technical reporting, communication, coordination, quality management, and HSE and safeguarding awareness skills.
