Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, floors, kitchen, washrooms)
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
  • Handle office errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery
  • Assist in organizing meetings and setting up meeting rooms
  • Manage office supplies and inform when stock is low
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents
  • Support administrative staff as required

  • Good hygiene and presentable appearance
  • Ability to follow instructions and be punctual
  • Basic communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
