Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, floors, kitchen, washrooms)
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery
- Assist in organizing meetings and setting up meeting rooms
- Manage office supplies and inform when stock is low
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents
- Support administrative staff as required

- Non Formal Education
- Good hygiene and presentable appearance
- Ability to follow instructions and be punctual
- Basic communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
