Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, pantry, and washrooms
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office when required
Assist in loading/unloading office supplies and arranging materials
Monitor and manage office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.)
Ensure proper opening and closing of the office when required
Support staff with basic tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum education: Matric or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Basic understanding of office procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, honest, and responsible
Physically fit and able to perform routine tasks
