Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, pantry, and washrooms
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
  • Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office when required
  • Assist in loading/unloading office supplies and arranging materials
  • Monitor and manage office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.)
  • Ensure proper opening and closing of the office when required
  • Support staff with basic tasks as assigned by management

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum education: Matric or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Basic understanding of office procedures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, honest, and responsible
  • Physically fit and able to perform routine tasks
