Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office.
  • Serving tea, coffee, or refreshments to employees, clients, and guests.
  • Assisting in office setup for meetings or events.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
  • Delivering documents, messages, and other materials to various departments or employees.
  • Ensuring that office supplies are stocked and available, reporting shortages.
  • Handling minor office maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or reporting damaged equipment.
  • Assisting in filing, sorting, or organizing office documents and materials.
  • Running errands as directed by office staff or management.
  • Keeping common areas (e.g., kitchen, conference rooms) tidy and well-maintained.
  • Supporting other office staff with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
