Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the office area, including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors.
Assisting in the preparation of beverages and snacks for staff and guests.
Handling basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
Running errands for office supplies and other necessary items.
Assisting in the setup of meetings, including arranging chairs and tables, and ensuring necessary equipment is available.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies such as stationery, toiletries, and kitchen supplies.
Assisting colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management
candidate preferred form Hunza, Gojal and local Gilgit.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication skills.
