Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the office area, including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors.
  • Assisting in the preparation of beverages and snacks for staff and guests.
  • Handling basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Running errands for office supplies and other necessary items.
  • Assisting in the setup of meetings, including arranging chairs and tables, and ensuring necessary equipment is available.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies such as stationery, toiletries, and kitchen supplies.
  • Assisting colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management
  • candidate preferred form Hunza, Gojal and local Gilgit.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
