Job Summary

Purpose of the Role

To manage front desk operations, ensure effective communication, and provide professional support to visitors and customers.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Record and deliver messages accurately
  • Coordinate with customers for required information and follow-ups
  • Handle general inquiries and direct them to relevant departments
  • Maintain reception area and manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Assist in distribution of parcels and official documents

Must be available for all assignments/tasks as assigned by management at any time

Required Skills

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & English)
  • Presentable and professional demeanor
  • Flexible and willing to perform assigned duties as per organizational needs
