Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment, and ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by management.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
