Job Summary

The Office Assistant will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in the admission process
  • Maintaining students’ attendance records
  • Coordinating with the administration department for the issuance of stationery and supplies
  • Monitoring cleanliness, repair, and maintenance work
  • Assisting in event management
  • Carrying out all official typing and filing work

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate must have an Intermediate/graduate degree with at least 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field; have effective communication and interpersonal skills, a strong command of MS Office, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
