Job Summary

The Office Assistant will be responsible for;

  • Dealing with parents.
  • Maintaining the attendance registers and marking leaves.
  • Ensure proper checking of attendance registers and report to Head Teachers and SAO for taking their follow up and signature.
  • Assisting with raise of teaching aid, examination, and office use stationery and photocopy requisition.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies.
  • Distributing school circulars and worksheets to students and ensuring it’s received by all students.
  • Perform administrative and routine clerical tasks such as organizing and managing student files, scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting other staff with organizational tasks.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of an Intermediate degree, a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience at a reputable institution will be prefered. The individual should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, and strong leadership skills.
