Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and organized Office Assistant to manage front desk operations, handle bookings, and maintain the company's social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and basic computer knowledge.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients at the reception.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
  • Manage appointments, reservations, and bookings.
  • Maintain records and update customer information.
  • Handle daily reception and administrative tasks.
  • Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and post content, respond to messages, and engage with followers.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Prepare reports and maintain office documentation.
  • Coordinate with management and support other office operations as required.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to manage bookings, appointments, and customer inquiries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle reception duties and maintain office records.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or social media management will be an advantage.
