We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help with the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office functioning. Role and Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Deliver and receive documents and parcels when needed
Support staff with document preparation and organization
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum qualification: Matric or Intermediate
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh candidates may also apply)
Knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier)
