Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out assessments and evaluations for new clients (ages 0-7 years), and fill out relevant documents.
  • Execute regular occupational therapy plans for all enrolled clients.
  • Counsel and encourage parents to follow therapy plans at home.
  • Reassess clients on bi-annual basis and formulate reassessment reports for all clients.
  •  Complete necessary documentation required for executing smooth therapy sessions.
  •  Ensure to give home plans to be followed in case of discharge of any clients.
  • Briefly explain new intervention strategies to the parents if any.
  • Any other task as assigned by the management.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Occupational Therapy) from an HEC recognized institution.
  •  Minimum 1-4 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Strong organizing skills.
  •  Excellent with networking/building relationships with the people.
  •  Must be an excellent observer and problem solver.
  •  Must have the ability to think outside the box and work under pressure.
  • Must have compassion and patience.
