Carry out assessments and evaluations for new clients (ages 0-7 years), and fill out relevant documents.
Execute regular occupational therapy plans for all enrolled clients.
Counsel and encourage parents to follow therapy plans at home.
Reassess clients on bi-annual basis and formulate reassessment reports for all clients.
Complete necessary documentation required for executing smooth therapy sessions.
Ensure to give home plans to be followed in case of discharge of any clients.
Briefly explain new intervention strategies to the parents if any.
Any other task as assigned by the management.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree (Occupational Therapy) from an HEC recognized institution.
Minimum 1-4 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizing skills.
Excellent with networking/building relationships with the people.
Must be an excellent observer and problem solver.
Must have the ability to think outside the box and work under pressure.
Must have compassion and patience.
