We are an Inclusive Centre looking for dedicated & passionate professional to join our team!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients’ physical, mental, and social needs through evaluation and observation.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ goals and functional abilities.
  • Conduct therapy sessions to improve motor skills, coordination, and adaptive behavior.
  • Train patients in using adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
  • Educate families and caregivers on supportive techniques for patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation staff to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Promote health and wellness through preventive and rehabilitative strategies.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:
    •    Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy
    •    2–3 years of experience
    •    Skilled in sensory & motor development
    •    Passionate about helping clients grow & gain independence
