Job Summary

South City Hospital is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager – Operation Theatre to lead and oversee nursing operations within the operating theatre. The role involves managing nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety, mentoring teams, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Manage and supervise operation theatre nursing services.

Required Skills

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • Valid licensure from the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of nursing experience, including at least 8 years in a managerial role (Training & Development) within a reputable tertiary care hospital.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead nursing staff.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and the ability to adapt to evolving clinical practices.
