Required Skills

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
Valid licensure from the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
Minimum of 10–15 years of nursing experience, including at least 8 years in a managerial role (Training & Development) within a reputable tertiary care hospital.
Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead nursing staff.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and the ability to adapt to evolving clinical practices.
