Job Summary

Holy Family College  of Nursing and Allied Health Science Need full time NURSING Faculty 

Teaching & Academic Duties:

  • Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions on nursing theory and practice.

  • Develop curriculum and instructional materials based on current nursing standards.

  • Assess students’ performance through assignments, tests, and clinical evaluations.

  • Guide students in evidence-based practice, research projects, and case studies.

  • Use modern teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning.

Clinical Supervision:

  • Supervise students during clinical rotations and ensure adherence to nursing protocols.

  • Coordinate with hospital staff and administration for clinical placements.

  • Provide support and feedback to students in clinical settings.

Mentorship & Support:

  • Advise and mentor students on academic and career development.

  • Encourage critical thinking and professional behavior in nursing students.

Research & Development:

  • Engage in scholarly activities and stay updated on the latest advancements in nursing.

  • Participate in curriculum reviews, staff meetings, and academic planning.

  • Contribute to research, publications, and the overall development of the nursing program.


 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory; Master's or Ph.D. in Nursing is preferred.
  • Valid nursing license/registration.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Previous teaching or training experience (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, ethics, and healthcare systems.
  • English fluency
