Job Summary

Our business provides home healthcare and surgical support services, including home nursing, patient attendants, physiotherapy, medical equipment, and other home healthcare servicesExperienced in patient assessment and vital sign monitoring, medication administration and dosage calculation, wound care and infection control, IV cannulation and fluid management, CPR and basic life support, patient education and emotional support, accurate documentation and charting, and effective teamwork, communication, and professionalism.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs.
• Assist nurses with patient care and routine medical procedures.
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.
• Prepare patient rooms and medical equipment.
• Transport patients within the healthcare facility.
• Report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
