Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing medications as per prescriptions

    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and health promotion strategies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital-acquired complications
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care activities and outcomes
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintaining inventory of medicines and medical supplies
  • Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding over-the-counter medications
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in pharmaceutical practices
  • Collaborating with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care
  • Monitoring expiration dates of medications and disposing of expired items appropriately
  • Managing documentation related to medication dispensing and inventory control
  • Assisting in the organization and cleanliness of the medical store
  • Educating customers on proper medication usage and potential side effects
  • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations in handling pharmaceutical products

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of [State]
