Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor infrastructure alerts using N-central or similar RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, NinjaOne)
  • Investigate and respond to server, workstation, and network alerts
  • Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs using Cove Backup or similar platforms (Veeam, Datto, Acronis)
  • Review and investigate security alerts from SentinelOne, Huntress, or Microsoft Defender
  • Monitor patch compliance and resolve patch failures through N-central or RMM automation
  • Provide remote troubleshooting using ScreenConnect or similar remote tools
  • Create, update, and document incidents in HaloPSA or similar PSA systems
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers following defined procedures
     

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Experience working in an MSP environment using tools such as:
  • RMM / Monitoring: N-central, ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, NinjaOne
  • Backup Platforms: Cove Backup, Veeam, Datto, Acronisf
  • Endpoint Security: SentinelOne, Huntress, Microsoft Defender
  • Remote Support: ScreenConnect, AnyDesk, TeamViewer
  • Ticketing / PSA: HaloPSA, ConnectWise Manage, Autotask
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Windows Server and workstation troubleshooting
  • Basic networking (DNS, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting)
  • Patch management and system monitoring.
  • 5+ years experience in an MSP NOC or monitoring role
  • Experience monitoring multiple client environments
  • Strong alert triage and escalation skills

Candidate must be fluent in English. Able to work in night shift and Pakistan Public Holidays.
