Role and Responsibilities:
Implement the Montessori philosophy and curriculum in a classroom setting.
Prepare and maintain a well-organized, stimulating, and safe learning environment.
Present lessons using Montessori materials based on each child’s developmental level and interests.
Observe and assess student progress; maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Foster a respectful, calm, and inclusive classroom culture that supports independence and responsibility.
Guide children in developing social skills, self-discipline, and positive behaviors.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure the effectiveness of the Montessori
Skills and Qualification:
Diploma or certification in Montessori Education (AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
Minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori environment (preferred).
Strong understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy.
Patience, compassion, and a passion for early childhood education.
Excellent communication, observation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
