Job Summary

A Milking Parlour Worker is responsible for operating milking machines, handling dairy animals carefully, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the milking area. The worker ensures smooth daily milking operations and proper care of equipment and animals.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Operate milking parlour machines and equipment
• Assist in milking cows according to farm procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the milking area
• Clean and sanitize milking equipment after use
• Observe animal health and report any issues to supervisors
• Feed and handle animals carefully and safely
• Maintain milk quality and hygiene standards
• Record basic daily farm and milk production data
• Assist with general farm duties when required
• Follow farm safety and operational guidelines

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Male candidate preferred
• Age between 18 to 45 years
• Primary education required; middle pass preferred
• Ability to note down basic data and follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and operate milking parlour machines
• Physically fit and able to work on a farm environment
• Hardworking, honest, and responsible attitude
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Teamwork and discipline required
• Experience in dairy farm work is preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to complete training provided by the farm
• Ability to work flexible shifts and long hours
